About Silver Sticks
Silver Sticks is named for our years of wisdom and experience on and off the field. We’re a group who loves field hockey and enjoys a supportive and non-judgmental environment. If it’s been decades since you played, dust off that stick! If you can’t sprint, we’ll carry you and if you’ve never played, we’ll teach you!
It’s always competitive and it’s always fun!

Program Details
- COST: $89 for 7-week session ($75 for 6-weeks for October session)
- Participants sign-up as individuals for 7-weeks of “pick-up” style games. Each week the group will divide into teams for game-play.
- This is a Rec level program. Players & games should have more of a focus on having fun and playing safe than winning the game. All skill levels welcome.
- Participants must register for the session. No drop-ins are accepted.
- Players must be 35+ (ID’s may be checked)
- Program plays indoor on our boarded field in our East Rochester location
