Field Hockey

• COST: $89 for 7-week session
• Participants sign-up as individuals for 7-weeks of “pick-up” style games. Each week the group will divide into teams for game-play.
• This is a Rec level program. Players & games should have more of a focus on having fun and playing safe than winning the game. All skill levels welcome.
• Participants must register for the session. No drop-ins are accepted.
• Players must be 35+ (ID’s may be checked)
• Program plays indoor on our boarded field in our East Rochester location

Silver Sticks is named for our years of wisdom and experience on and off the field. We’re a group who loves field hockey and enjoys a supportive and non-judgmental environment. If it’s been decades since you played, dust off that stick! If you can’t sprint, we’ll carry you and if you’ve never played, we’ll teach you!

• In our Practice & Play Field Hockey Program (P3 Field Hockey), participants will “Practice” skills through coach led drills and game-play situations for a portion of each class. Participants will then transition to the “Play” portion of the class were they will divide into teams to play in controlled scrimmages/games!
