Indoor COED Soccer Leagues

• “Adult Coed” leagues have a roster requirement of a max number of men on the playing field (8v8 = 6 max, 6v6 = 4 max)

• All players must be at least 18 years old (ID may be checked)
• Games are 50-minutes (two, 25-minute halves)
• Ref fees are included in league cost
• Leagues include a 4-team playoff (unless noted otherwise)
• Team and House Team player registration is available for most leagues

MENS OVER 30 Soccer Leagues

• All players must be at least 30 years old (IDs may be checked)
• League plays indoor in our Gates location
  • Two sessions offered (fall & winter)
• Full Field – 50×80 yards
• Play is 8v8 with 22 max roster
• Games are 50-minutes (two, 25-minute halves)
• Ref fees are included in league cost

Use the descriptions below to help guide your team’s league placement (when applicable).

• Coed B – our top level of coed soccer competition. For competitive teams comprised mostly of players having a high level of soccer playing experience and are looking for competitive COED games. Most players in the league will have club, collegiate, or a higher level of playing history.
• Coed C – our middle level of coed soccer competition. For competitive teams comprised of players with soccer playing experience and looking for competitive, but less intense games than our B leagues. Most players will have some past high school, club, collegiate, or adult soccer league playing experience.
• Coed Rec – our non-competitive, recreational division of our Coed leagues. For Rec level teams comprised mostly of players with little playing experience, those newer to the sport, and those looking for laid-back games at a slower more recreational pace. Teams built with the goal of winning a league should consider joining one of the more competitive (C or B) leagues.
• Adult REC – our Adult Recreational Soccer leagues have no roster requirements for men/women participation and no playoffs (a bonus 7th game will be played). This is our least competitive level of soccer league-play, designed for recreational teams comprised mostly of players newer to soccer, less experienced and skilled, and/or those looking for a more laid-back play-level. Teams in the league should play with more of a “just for fun” mentality, with an emphasis on getting everyone involved and having fun, rather than the scoreboard and winning the game/league.

• COST: $75 for 6-week session
• Participants sign-up as individuals for 6-weeks of “pick-up” style games. Each week the group will divide into teams and play small sided games.
• This is a Rec level program. Players & games should have more of a focus on having fun and playing safe than winning the game. All skill levels welcome.
• Participants must register for the session. No drop-ins are accepted. Players must be 18+ (ID’s may be checked)
• GATES LOCATION: Sessions are held outdoors when weather permits (May-Sept). Indoor space is held in the event of inclement weather.
• ER LOCATION: Session are held indoors only.

• Gates – May/June & July/August sessions will play outside (weather permitting)

Information on youth league play for the ’25-’26 indoor season has not been released.

AGES: 2-7

Our Micro Soccer Program is designed to create a fun, safe, and exciting atmosphere for children to get active and learn the sport of Soccer! Program sessions include six-45-minute classes that meet once a week. Each week the class will focus on different  fundamental skills, which are then incorporated into age appropriate games and activities. Staff coaches are provided to bring structure, organization, and supervision to each session. Registration includes a program t-shirt!

Classes for 2 & 3 year olds require parent/adult participation

Cost: $85 per 6-week session

What to bring:

• Comfortable athletic apparel. Sneakers or cleats can be worn.
• Shin guards required (for ages 4 & up).
  • Shin guards can be added to your cart when registering online and will be available for pick-up at your first class. They may also be purchased at our front desk while supplies last.

Our Soccer School with Glen Buckley is a great “next step” for any child looking to develop their soccer skills! Participants will learn the basic skills of soccer through age appropriate activities, games, and drills, that keep the learning process both challenging and fun. Participants will be divided up into groups, ensuring a quality learning environment.

Cost: $120.00 per six-week session

Soccer School is offered in our East Rochester location only.

Coach Buckley has more than 30 years of experience in coach and player development, covering the full spectrum of the game. He served as the New York State West Director of Coaching for 10 years and is a current US Soccer National Staff Instructor. He played professionally in England and was also an instructor and coach within the English Football Association.

Coach Buckley’s knowledge of the game is unsurpassed, ensuring a quality, professional product designed to enhance potential and productivity.

Description: Our Practice & Play Program (P3) is a great progression from our Micro Soccer Program or for those new to soccer at TSE. For a portion of each class, participants will develop basic skills of the game through age appropriate activities and drills. During the second part of each class, the kids get to put their skills to the test in the play portion! Coach will provide some direction, but more importantly, let the kids learn and have fun while playing in small sided game-play! The program will be sure to raise your child’s soccer skill level in a fun, yet challenging atmosphere no matter their previous soccer experience.

Gates classes for the May/June – September/October sessions will be held outside. Indoor space will be reserved in case of inclement weather.

Requirements:

Our 6-week instructional soccer leagues will keep kids learning and playing the sport! Teams will be created randomly each week from the group of participants and will play games against each other. Coaches will provide direction and instruction as needed to further develop player’s skill and understanding of the game. The emphasis is to instill a love of the game for each child!
