• Leagues have 7-game regular seasons with playoffs for the top 4 teams
• Leagues are non-contact, 4v4 with an 8-man roster.
  • Players MUST be 18+ years old (IDs may be checked)
• Game start times vary from 8pm-11pm (check specific league’s times at the “Register” link)
  • Games consist of two 20-minute halves
• Indoor play is on the boarded fields in our Gates location (unless noted)
• Follows USSSA rules except for TSE House Rules found here.
• Players must supply their own flags. Flags are available (while supply lasts) at TSE – Velcro Flags $4 and Flag-A-Tag ‘Pop’ Flags $10

Cost: $500 / Session

• Register and pay the deposit online by clicking here.
• Full payment is due before your game on Week 2. If not received, your team may be removed from the league.
• Rosters Freeze after games on Week 3.
• Before your first game, the following must be submitted to TSE:
  • Completed Team Roster Form.
  • All players must have an active Players Membership.

Ages: 5-13

Gender: COED &  Girls only offering(s).

Description: All participants will “report” to a fun “mini-camp” on the first week of the league to learn and review the skills of the game. The following 5-weeks will consist of game-play with different teams created each week. Coaches will provide some direction, but more importantly, let the kids learn and have fun while playing.

The league will be sure to provide your child a great football experience in a fun, safe, and exciting atmosphere. Registration includes a reversible NFL Flag Jersey and flags!

NFL Flag Performance Gear: Arm Sleeves, socks, reversible shorts, receiver gloves, and headbands are available as add-ons during registration or by visiting our front desk. Add them to your cart and have them available with your jersey. Each will match the session’s NFL Team Jersey.

Cost: $120 – includes a reversible NFL Flag Jersey and flags!

Requirements: Athletic apparel and footwear (sneakers/cleats), water bottle (optional)

* Gates location games will be played outside May through October (weather permitting). Indoor fields will be available in case of inclement weather.

NFL FLAG Performance Gear is available for purchase when registering or by contacting our front desk. Each purchase will be team branded or paired to match the color scheme of the session’s NFL Team Jersey!

• Sessions are offered year-around in two-month blocks.
• Program meets once a week for 6 weeks. Each week is 1-hour.
• No prior playing experience is required.
• Games are played indoor except in Gates during the outdoor season (MAY-OCT). All East Rochester leagues are indoor.
• Registrations less than 10 days prior to the program’s start date may not receive uniform until the second week.
• Registrations after the first week of the session may be subject to a $10.00 jersey shipping fee.

Each week we will focus on different fundamental skills which will be incorporated into age appropriate games and activities! Staff coaches will bring structure, organization, and supervision to each session.

Includes a program t-shirt!

Bring a water bottle, comfortable athletic apparel, and sneakers. Belts and flags will be provided at each class.

Description: In our Practice & Play Flag Football Program (P3 Flag), participants will “Practice” football skills through coach led drills and game-play situations for a portion of each class. Participants will then transition to the “Play” portion of the class were they will divide into teams to play in controlled scrimmages/games!

Gates classes for the May/June – September/October sessions will be held outside. Indoor space will be reserved in case of inclement weather.

Requirements:

• comfortable athletic apparel and sneakers or cleats
• water bottle (recommended)
